By downloading, installing, or using the Coram Deo application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and STAGEON LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "our"), developer of Coram Deo.

Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la aplicación Coram Deo ("la App"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio. Coram Deo is a bilingual iOS Christian discipleship application (Spanish/English) that offers content, tools, and resources for personal and community spiritual growth. The service is offered under different subscription plans.

Coram Deo es una aplicación iOS de discipulado cristiano bilingüe (español/inglés) que ofrece contenido, herramientas y recursos para el crecimiento espiritual personal y comunitario. El servicio se ofrece bajo distintos planes de suscripción.

3. Eligibility3. Elegibilidad

You must be at least 13 years old to use Coram Deo. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

To access the full service you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

• All activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments5. Suscripciones y pagos

All payments are processed through Apple StoreKit. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple's policy.

7. Intellectual Property7. Propiedad intelectual

All content of Coram Deo — including texts, discipleship materials, design, logos, code and features — is the property of STAGEON LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App exclusively for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Todo el contenido de Coram Deo — incluyendo textos, materiales de discipulado, diseño, logotipos, código y funcionalidades — es propiedad de STAGEON LLC o de sus licenciantes y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual. Se te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar la App exclusivamente para tus fines personales y no comerciales.

Coram Deo is a Christian discipleship application. The content reflects a Christian faith perspective and is offered solely for educational and spiritual purposes. It does not constitute professional theological advice.

Coram Deo es una aplicación de discipulado cristiano. El contenido refleja una perspectiva de fe cristiana y se ofrece únicamente con fines educativos y espirituales. No constituye asesoramiento teológico profesional.

9. Limitation of Liability9. Limitación de responsabilidad

To the extent permitted by applicable law, STAGEON LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

En la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, STAGEON LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes que resulten del uso o la imposibilidad de usar la App. La App se proporciona "tal como está" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo.

10. Cancellation and Termination10. Cancelación y terminación

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period. You may delete your account by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde tu configuración de Apple ID. Al cancelar, conservarás acceso hasta el final del período pagado. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta contactándonos directamente. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar tu acceso sin previo aviso si violas estos Términos.

11. Changes to Terms11. Cambios a los términos

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law12. Ley aplicable

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.
